These services are created using time, expertise, and professional judgment applied specifically to the client’s travel plans, goals, and provided information.
Our work does not involve booking flights, reserving hotels, selling tour packages, or acting as an intermediary with third-party travel providers. Instead, we deliver independent analysis designed to help clients understand options, risks, and planning logic. Because each service is tailored and cannot be reused or reassigned, it is classified as custom intellectual work.
By purchasing our services, clients acknowledge that they are commissioning professional analytical support rather than purchasing a tangible or resellable product.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under limited conditions due to the personalized and expert nature of our services. A refund request can be reviewed if the service has not yet been delivered and no analytical work, research, or preparation has begun. In addition, the request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
Once our team begins reviewing travel details, assessing destinations, structuring analysis, or preparing documentation, the service is considered in progress. At that stage, time, expertise, and intellectual effort have already been invested, which makes the service non-refundable even if final documents have not yet been delivered.
Each request is reviewed individually, but approval is not guaranteed. Refund decisions are based on service status, preparation stage, and the nature of the work already performed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

4. Rescheduling Policy (Sessions)
For services that include live online sessions, we understand that schedules can change. Clients are allowed one complimentary rescheduling request provided notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. This allows us to adjust our calendar and allocate expert availability appropriately.
If a client fails to attend a session without prior notice, the session is considered completed and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. This policy ensures fairness, as time slots are reserved exclusively and cannot always be reassigned at short notice.
In cases of technical issues on our side, we will reschedule at no cost. If the issue is on the client’s side, reasonable flexibility may be offered, but this remains at our discretion.
5. Service Quality Concerns
Client satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to deliver services as described. If a client believes the service did not match its description, concerns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the report or completing the session. This allows us to review the situation while the details remain current.
Upon review, we may provide clarification, additional explanation, or limited adjustments if a factual misunderstanding or communication issue occurred. However, analytical conclusions themselves are based on professional judgment and are not altered solely due to preference.
We do not offer full refunds based on dissatisfaction with recommendations, as our role is to provide independent analysis rather than guarantee specific outcomes.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback through a bank or payment provider, clients are strongly encouraged to contact us directly. Most concerns can be resolved through communication, clarification, or reasonable service adjustments.
Unresolved chargebacks may delay future communication and can result in documentation being provided to payment processors confirming service delivery. We maintain records of report creation, delivery timestamps, and session completion for verification purposes.
